NFS Kingergarten Parent Buddies
Remember the first day jitters that comes with sending your child off to school for the first time?
The NFS Kindergartner Parent Buddies Committee is made up of a group of "seasoned" parents that are paired up with new parents coming to NFS. It can be hard to start a new school and find your way through lots of new details and we would like to be able to extend a NFS friend to any incoming family that would like like one! Questions about their child's day, their lunchtime, what the best snacks to pack are, how does drop off and pickup work, etc. No question too big or small!
If anyone is willing to give just a little bit of their time, mostly email/text/phone chatting, to a new NFS family as they navigate the new waters of elementary school we would be so grateful. We are looking for several parents to become Kindergarten Parent Buddies to our new kindergarten NFS parents.
